The Solution in Water Filtration

Well water filtration is one of the most important filtration necessities in the environmentally changing world.

As the high carbon emission as well as greenhouse effect increases, the underground water level is dramatically reducing as a consequence.
This fact increases the amount of both organic and inorganic pollutant particles inside the water pumped towards the pipelines and other systems, creating the must of filtration for well waters.

At the same time the meteorological fluctuations are also limiting the surface water quantities and locations, and therefore this fact triggers the well water requirement.

Having more than 20 years of experience ANTEL–FILTERNOX® has developed three different filtration modes for well water filtration:

DIRECT FILTRATION OF THE WELL WATER

This is one of the most critical applications.
When the pump starts working there is a high risk of pumping lots of particles together with the water and these may cause a sudden blockage of the mesh. To prevent this problem it is convenient to implement a cyclone separator prior Filternox® Filters in order to discharge bigger particles from the water and this way the application will get better and continuous performance of the filtration system.

With this option there is the possibility to go down to 50 micron filtration rate according to the dirt load of the water pumped from the well.

DIRECT FILTRATION AND COMBINED FINE FILTRATION OF THE WELL WATER

The difference of this application from the direct Filternox® Filtration is to have a second Filternox® Filter after the balance tank.
This filtration is now finer than the first application and therefore the second filter can go down to 15 micron filtration rating according to the dirt load of the water pumped from the holding tank.


WELL WATER FILTRATION AFTER A BALANCE TANK

In this application the Filternox® Filter is installed after the balance or the holding tank.
Due to the difference of the pumping capacity of the well and also that the pumping rate to the end user may differ, this third option is very widely applied.
In this case the filtration rate can be down to 30 microns according to the dirt load of the water pumped from the holding tank.
